Recommending innovative strategies that will support demand generation, retention, and revenue goals around our streaming app offers

Managing internal and external partner relationships, specifically with programmers and streaming app/content providers.

Providing oversight of various launch strategies tied to new offers, products and services by partner

Developing programs that focus on customer education and activation to continuously improve engagement metrics

Executing tactics, ensuring they launch on time, accurately, and represent Spectrum’s brand.

Proofing department material and tactics to ensure compliance and support of company/brand strategy for messaging.

Providing analysis on campaign success.

Managing partner agreements and budgets to ensure all requirements and budget goals are met.

You’ll actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience through implementing and maintaining marketing plans that align with organizational and departmental objectives tied to customer engagement, retention, and revenue. You must be resourceful, eager to learn and able to adapt to an ever-evolving work environment and industry. Experience: Marketing or related experience 5 years. Management experience 2 years. Digital Marketing or CX 2 years. Education: Bachelor’s degree in communications, Business or related discipline and/or equivalent experience Technical skills: Knowledge of streaming apps, including marketing acumen. Demand generation, upsell, cross sell, retention, and engagement marketing channels. Technically savvy; proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Analytics and Tableau preferred. Knowledge of marketing strategies and procedures.

Skills: Project management, communication and collaboration skills. Strong analytical approach to presenting recommendations and making decisions.

Abilities: Can read, write, speak and understand English. Can prioritize and organize effectively. Can supervise and motivate others. Can manage multiple projects while coordinating efforts across a variety of functional areas. Can create plans, timelines, expense forecasts & process flowcharts.

Travel ability: Office environment. Travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications

Digital native with keen understanding of streaming platformsUnderstanding of the content/programmer dynamic within a cable/telecom ecosystem

Has a proven track record of hands-on execution of complex initiatives

Possesses a high degree of integrity and maturity.
