Data Analyst

Job DescriptionPay Rate: 40-45/hrInsight Global is hiring for a Data Analyst to sit onsite in Stamford, CT or Overland Park, KS for a large, telecommunication company. This Data Analyst will be joining the Customer Operations Organization for theFraud Protection Team. This team is responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing strategies to prevent, detect and manage fraud within the organization when it comes to customers. On a day-to-day, this Data Analyst will be analyzing current fraud detection strategies and processes to identify gaps and areas of improvement as well as develop new strategies to detect and reduce fraudulent activities, extracting and cleaning data using SQL, creating visualizations using Tableau or PowerBI, and creating reports in Excel. Furthermore, this Data Analyst will spend 75% of their time pulling and analyzing data while , 25% will be spent creating presentations using PowerPoint that will include visualizations created in Tableau or PowerBI.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
