Job Description Systems Administration Understanding of technology, system architectures, and integrations Support the tech requests, liaise with the business teams and developers Support timely and accurate delivery of information to developers Ensure stakeholders meet timelines and quality assurance before the handoff. Troubleshoot and Test issues with the business teams Reporting - main business reporting needs, BI, analytics gathering Working with the global IM team and risk champions to coordinate, track and manage the US market technical risk portfolio. Ad Hoc projects as requiredKEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIS) Ensure system integrity Meet deadlines Achieve key milestones on the tech roadmapKEY WORK OUTPUTS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES Manages technology projects to ensure they are delivered on time and on budget Supports IM project delivery; operates as a customer advocate, supports project resources in escalations, and change delivery to key stakeholders Deliver technical support to internal customers and problem resolutionQUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS / KNOWLEDGEQUALIFICATIONS Strong technical implementation and troubleshooting skills Ability to collaborate with internal partners and external vendors to solve technical problems Self-starter, able to initiate and complete projects with minimal supervision Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects Advanced planning and organizing skills, including resource planning and performance monitoring against milestones Results-oriented with a strong focus on quality and timely deliver
