In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the Product Management team in the creation and maintenance of major product lines in multiple commercial construction and industrial channels. - Helps Lead New Product Development Projects
- Helps Drive Alignment and Direction to Teams in a Matrix Organization and Actively Engages Cross-Functionally with Engineering, Operations, & Commercial Partners like Sales & Marketing
- Presents NPD Progress Report-Outs to Leadership
- Works with Vendor Partners and Supply Chain Teams to Optimize Sourced Solutions
- 1 to 2-Years of Product Management or Similar Experience
- BS or BA in Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering
- Go-to-Market Experience in B2B Product Lines (Preferred)
- Experience working with Brand and Channel Marketing to launch new products and programs
- Experience with CRM and ERP Systems (Preferred)
- 10% Travel to visit end users, distributors, plants, suppliers, and trade shows
