Assessment Nurse/RN - Per Diem

The Assessment Nurse (RN) will provide direct nursing care to our residents.  This is an hourly position reporting to Director of Health and WellnessSchedule:  Per-diemResponsibilities and DutiesPerform Resident assessments utilizing current state regulations and community policiesMonitors the health, safety, and well-being of all residentsAssisting in training and monitoring of medication administrationMaintaining clinical quality assurance in accordance with federal, state and local standardsPromote the highest degree of service to our residents while leading and demonstrating the mission of the company
