Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Controller in New Haven County. The role involves a variety of key tasks within the financial industry, focusing primarily on overseeing accounting functions and maintaining the integrity of financial records. Responsibilities: Oversee accounts receivable and payable processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Close month-end accounts, providing detailed reports and feedback on financial performance. Administer payroll procedures, ensuring all employees are paid accurately and on time. Use accounting software systems to streamline and automate financial tasks. Maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards. Address and resolve any financial inquiries and issues, providing high-quality customer service. Contribute to financial decision-making processes within the organization.
