I am seeking a professional landscaper to perform outdoor landscaping and snow removal. I am offering free rent in a five room recently updated house to be used exclusively by the landscaper in exchange for such services. The property is the most picturesque in the area and consists of 100 acres with a 15 acre lake and a large wooded area. Utilities are not included and must be paid by occupant. To be considered for the free rent option, interested parties must possess commercial grade landscaping and snow removal equipment, have existing business and be fully insured. This is part-time only and expectation is that grounds keeper will perform on average about 15 hours of work each week of the year, with some weeks higher or lower than others based on seasonality. In all cases, references required and background and credit checks are also required.
