Wednesday and Thursday
9:00 p.m. to 4:30 a.m.
About who needs care:
31-year-old male, wheelchair user with muscular dystrophy
Owns a dog
Services needed:
Assistance dressing/undressing, transferring to and from wheelchair into bed(electric hoyer ceiling lift with sling), turning/positioning in bed and feeding my dog
Sleep shift but must be able to wake up with phone if called
Some experience preferable but not necessary, training can be provided
Payroll through GT independence
Accrued PTO
$21. 50 hr
