Line cook and Catering Chef
Busy, well established upscale catering facility located in New Milford, Connecticut seeks experienced line cook for full time position. 401K and some healthcare benefits available. Scheduling to include days and/or evenings, weekends, and some holidays. This position has the likely possibility for expansion to off-premise catering opportunities.
The various duties of this position require an attention to detail, a willingness to learn, good time-management skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong culinary aptitude. (Knife skills, grilling, sauté etc.) This is a food service environment and all candidates should have basic food service and sanitation knowledge and skills related to this type of environment.
