Field Services Technician

This person will sit onsite in Norwich, CT 5 days a week. This will be a 4 month rolling contract that will get extended in 4 month increments. This person does need a car as they have warehouse locations local to the hospital that you might need to go to occasionally.Description: Perform all aspects of computer set-up, installation, troubleshooting, service, upgrades, and maintenance. Perform proper troubleshooting for ticket escalation (i.e., creating accurate and complete description of the client's problem).
