DescriptionA leading Consumer Products firms in Lower FFLD County is seeking a Logistics / Supply Chain Coordinator to join their team. This candidate would liaison with numerous departments to ensure the smooth, accurate, and efficient flow of information between departments, clients/customers, and upper management. Experience in shipping and/or transportation of any kind would be ideal!Duties include, but are not limited to: Plan, coordinate and administrate import and export shipments as well as domestic orders as needed: Issue purchase orders and shipping-related documents to suppliers and third-party associates. Arrange all aspects of transport including booking and document coordination while adhering to customer requirements Communicate with all parties of transaction as needed and through to completion. Follow up as needed with customer and respective sales representatives. Issue order-related documents to clients such as commercial invoices, bill of ladings, letter of instruction, etc. Heavy customer service & follow up with internal & external vendors/departmentsIf interested, please email your resume directly to [email protected] Ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years of hands on logistics, customer service, or supply chain experience. Industry experience is not required, however someone with exposure to shipping, transportation, commodities, and/or consumer products would be preferred. Proficiency in Excel, SAP, and some ERP systems exposure is preferred.
