We are all owners in the business. Our business is selling, designing, and managing the construction of new homes and extensive renovations in central New England (Worcester to New London, Providence to Hartford, and the spaces in that radius)

We pay a base rate plus profit sharing and commissions on projects as we are all part of the business and we rise when we all win by working together.
Some seasons we work early and late and put in long days. Some seasons we have more breaks. We don’t count hours. Our culture is one of personal responsibility and there is no place to hide if you are not doing your job. On the other hand, we have a good time working together and are very flexible in helping our people love and care for their families and friends.

Project Managers - Working PM’s who aren’t afraid to get their hands dirty but have extensive knowledge of all phases of construction and are organized, communicative, and determined to keep jobs and people on pace and in spec. You should bring the mindset of a wedding planner to your jobsites (we help people celebrate the growth of their families and businesses with construction projects) and we strive to make the project journey as fun and as amazing as the finished product.
Apprentice Carpenters - A gal or guy who want a future in construction and are willing to do the hard work to achieve that. You should be good with technology, willing to accept coaching and correction, and not focused on how much you can earn but how much you can learn.
Business expansion partners - Current construction business owners who are tired of going it alone and know that they will do better as a team. You bring resources (Tools, skills, and networks) to the table that can help us achieve more together. You need to be willing to see the bigger picture, learn some new tricks, and not be the most important person in the room.
