Real Estate. Back office team administrator/manager. Part-Time will lead to full-time if desired. Work in the office but hours and schedule can be flexible to start. Remote work is a possibility down the road. A high level of computer technology skills is a must, including excellent proficiency in PC, Excel, Microsoft Office, Word, Adobe, Mail Merge, DropBox, search engines, google programs, and paperless software. Basics in In-Design and Illustrator are preferred.

Other important skills: Contact Management Software (CRM) ie. Pipe Drive, HubSpot, Follow-Up-Boss, etc. Managing Databases: setting up email drip campaigns, batch emails, etc. Knowledge of Internet marketing and bulk email marketing Hourly rate, with eventual bonuses based on contribution to productivity, job performance, and profitability that could lead to substantially higher income. Long-term management and growth potential. Independent Contractor Status. (1099) to start.
