What You Will Do
Maloney Properties is seeking a full-time Property Manager to manage 2 communities in Connecticut. Oak Tree Village in Griswold, CT consists of 72 units with an additional 72 units entering lease up stage in the future. Oxoboxo Lofts, located in Uncasville, CT is the 2nd community you will oversee. This property will consist of 72 units and should be ready for lease-up in late 2023. Responsibilities include resident relations, processing applications, rent collections, recertifications, processing invoices, compliance oversight, budgeting, maintenance programs, and staff leadership and supervision. Additionally, you will carry out marketing and leasing activities for the new developments. Work hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday with some occasional Saturday showings as needed.

Who We Are Looking For:
Previous property management experience is required.
Lease-up experience is a plus.
Experience with LIHTC programs is required.
A tax credit certification, C3P or equivalent is preferred.
Knowledge of Yardi is a plus.
Must be able to travel between multiple sites.
A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is required.
