Mechanical Hygiene Services is an air quality testing, air duct cleaning and similar services throughout New England. We are looking for someone that can assist us part time as an admin - specific responsibilities will involve the following:
- Creating job close out reports
- Creating job invoices
- Assisting with creating the work schedule
- Assistance with staff scheduling
- Assistance with staff on-boarding
- Assistance with ensuring that staff hours are properly tracked and recorded in they system by Friday
- Customer services as needed - potentially aiding in booking customer walkthroughs once a lead has been established
Presently this would likely be mostly remote - with some time meeting and working in person in the Pomfret area. We are expecting this to grow into a full-time role and expect to have a regular office in the NE CT area by the end of the year so it would switch to in person at the office.
For now this is expected to be around 20 hours per week Monday through Friday (paid hourly in the $20-$25/per hour range based on experience, with the expectation that it will grow into a full time position by around October/November.
