Handyman/Maintenance job offered

Looking for a 1099 Maintenance Professional to oversee projects, repairs, preventive maintenance, landscaping, cleaning, and snowplowing for 24 apartments (2 Locations), 1 commercial building, 1 restaurant, and 150 unit storage facility. Candidate should have at least 2 years of maintenance experience. Experience must include general/basic carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and painting. Candidate must be physically fit for heavy lifting, be organized and detailed orientated. Candidate must have their own tools, and have a reliable truck/van (travel is minimal). Landscaping and plowing equipment will be provided. Schedule can be flexible but must be available for on-call repairs/emergencies and for snow related work. Part-time, about 0-25 hours of work per week. Some weeks no work needed, some weeks 20+ hours. Great position for retired maintenance professional or handyman. Not suitable for candidates already with full-time job looking for a second job as individual needs to be available for emergencies and snow storms.
