Seeking: Part-time coach for women’s masters sweep team at Blood Street Sculls
Location: Rogers Lake, Old Lyme, Connecticut
Coach responsibilities: Set practice and race line-ups
Determine practice work-outs, race plans
Run on-the-water practices
Devise off-the-water training plan for the athletes
Work with both the rowers who plan on racing and those who are rowing recreationally
Experience: Should have prior coaching experience
Pay: Based on experience
Schedule: Regular practices Tuesday and Thursday nights, 6 to 8 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday mornings, 7 to 9 a.m. Ideally, the coach would be at a weeknight and a weekend practice each week, but that is flexible.
