Student Transportation Driver

Drivers for Connecticut Branches have the primary responsibility for ensuring the health, safety, and welfare of children during transportation to and from school. All of our drivers must have either a V or S endorsement on their driver's license and must pass all required background checks (FBI criminal check, sex offender background check, DCF child protective services check and clear a motor vehicle report). In addition, our drivers must pass drug tests, and must possess a DMV medical card approving them for driving children. This position requires the possession of a smartphone (we utilize applications for tracking purposes). The majority of our positions are split shift positions, meaning that there are hours in the morning (usually from about 6am-9am or so) and then again in the afternoon (from about 1pm until about 5pm or so).
