Looking for potential partnerships with painting contractors

I am looking to potentially partner with small to medium painting contractors given the right fit. I am a startup painting company looking for referrals of jobs that are too small for you. I am looking also to refer out jobs that are larger than what I am willing to handle. I also am looking to hire painters for certain painting jobs. I am focusing on those contractors from central Connecticut.
