Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads to offer moving services
Qualify leads by gathering key move details (dates, origin/destination, size)
Schedule phone appointments and estimates (in-person or virtual) for our sales team
Log all call activity and notes in the CRM system accurately
Follow up with leads via phone, text, or email
Meet or exceed daily/weekly KPIs for calls and appointments
Requirements:
1+ year experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or customer service
Strong communication and persuasive skills
Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
Comfortable working with scripts and lead lists
Basic computer and typing skills
Familiarity with Vonage phone system and Granot CRM is a plus
Quiet home office setup with reliable internet
