We are high-end retail boutique looking for a Receptionist/Assistant to help out during our busy season. In this role, you will be responsible for answering customer calls and providing customer support, as well as other tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills. A pleasant phone manner is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls accordingly
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
Skills:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor
This is a part-time temporary position with the potential of re-hire next season.

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week

Monday to Friday
