Small service company seeking an Office Administrator/Customer Service Rep. Candidate will assist the owner in daily business operations. This position could be part time or full time and is in the office - no remote work.
Responsibilities include:
Answering phones
Calling customers
Scheduling customer appointments
Data Entry
Maintaining Office Calendar
Ordering supplies
Other various duties
Skills required:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
Proficiency in Google Applications and Calendar
Ability to learn new computer systems
Be able to communicate via email professionally
Attention to detail a must
Excellent spelling, grammar and speech
Be able to work independently
Be comfortable working in a small office environment
Must be able to pass a criminal background check (ask for further information)
This is a position that requires someone who is very detailed oriented but also flexible. Must be a quick learner.
Hours and salary are to be determined depending on the right candidate's skills and abilities.
