We're looking for an EXPERIENCED and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team full-time.
This role is ideal for someone who has a background in construction, knows how to run multiple jobs at once, and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. We install custom awnings, shade structures, and screen systems across Connecticut and beyond. You'll be coordinating jobs from contract to completion, working closely with our production, install, and service teams—as well as our clients and vendors.
Key Responsibilities (included but not limited to):
Manage multiple projects from start to finish
Schedule installs and coordinate crews, vendors, and deliveries
Keep jobs on track and resolve issues or delays
Communicate with customers, subcontractors, and internal staff
Review job specs, drawings, permits, and site details
Perform quality checks before and after installs
Use Monday Project Management software, CompanyCam, Google Calendar (we can train)
Stay organized, document everything, and follow the process
Ensure materials and manpower are lined up and jobs stay on time and budget
Lead internal meetings and keep everyone in the loop
What You’ll Need:
Project management or construction coordination experience (3+ years preferred)
Strong communication and time management skills
Computer-savvy (Microsoft Office required)
Attention to detail and ability to juggle many tasks
Professional, reliable, and calm under pressure
Able to read plans and work with subs/install teams
Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
