We are currently looking for a Maintenance Technician with basic knowledge of general maintenance and repairs. This is a temporary position with competitive pay based on experience and skills.
Responsibilities include:
General maintenance and repair tasks
Unit turnovers
Appliance installation
Minor painting and touch-ups
Requirements:
Hands-on experience with maintenance work
Ability to use tools and follow safety procedures
Ability to work independently
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
