About Us
We’re a warm, busy family of five—two parents and three kids (8, 6, 1.5). We're looking for someone who can truly partner with us behind the scenes to keep our home running smoothly, beautifully, and with as little chaos as possible.
This is not a childcare role—but we’d love someone who enjoys being around kids and understands the rhythm of a household with young children. Our home is system-driven and highly organized, and we thrive when we’re surrounded by calm, tidy spaces.
Who We’re Looking For
You're someone who finds joy in creating order out of chaos. Your “zone of genius” is managing the behind-the-scenes work that helps a family thrive—laundry systems, meal planning, tidying up, organizing, prepping for the week ahead. You're proactive, observant, and detail-oriented. You know how to anticipate needs and take initiative without a lot of back-and-forth or micromanagement.
We’d love to build a trusting, long-term relationship with someone kind, competent, and thoughtful. If you enjoy being part of a family team while working independently, you’ll fit right in. This role is a great fit for someone who thrives with autonomy, structure, and purpose.
