This position requires someone who knows their way around the kitchen can handle multiple tickets at one time as well as prep , counter and answer the phones! Serve safe and food knowledge as far as basic prep , How to look forward and know what is needed for the next day as well! Efficiency on the grill Is a must because people come in for breakfast and lunch and need to get right back out the door!
