Looking for the right person to add to our management team. The ideal candidate needs to be customer service savvy, proactive and innovative with an upbeat attitude. A knowledge and love of the industry and food is a must. Additionally, the GM is responsible for all daily operations of the FOH including hiring, scheduling all FOH staff, maintaining proper product and labor costs, weekly and monthly inventory and all opening and closing duties including cash handling and administration.
