Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Chef Consultant specializing in Italian cuisine to help us develop an authentic and high-quality Italian menu. The ideal candidate has extensive knowledge of traditional and regional Italian dishes, a passion for fresh, handmade pasta, and the ability to deliver a memorable dining experience. This role requires hands-on menu development, recipe standardization, and staff training to ensure consistent food quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and design a complete Italian menu featuring appetizers, handmade pastas, main courses, and desserts.
Develop recipes with clear preparation methods to maintain consistency.
Provide hands-on training to kitchen staff on authentic Italian cooking techniques.
Advise on ingredient sourcing to ensure traditional and high-quality Italian flavors.
Collaborate with management to enhance the overall dining experience.
Offer insight on current food trends in Italian cuisine to keep the menu fresh and exciting.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Chef Consultant or Executive Chef specializing in Italian cuisine.
Expertise in handmade pasta, authentic sauces, and traditional Italian dishes.
Strong leadership and training abilities.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
