We are looking for a culinary candidate with well a well rounded skillset.
The right candidate will have kitchen production, prep experience, be organized, cleanly and a self starter.
The hours for this job change depending on start times of the events. In general earliest start times are 3am for catered breakfast events and latest out times are 9pm. The shifts generally run from 6-10 hour incriminates, averaging 35-50 hours per week depending on volume.
This job includes;
-prepping catering items
-packing, cooking, heating catering items
-cleaning and organizing catering kitchen
-taking direction from executive chef
-in some circumstances working at catered events
