We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Banquet/Front of House Manager to for a busy, private beach club and public restaurant in East Haven, CT. As Banquet Manager, you will be responsible for booking and coordinating parties. As the Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurants and ensuring exceptional customer service along with managing and training the staff as well as the ability to create menus.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of food service management principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using Toast or similar restaurant management software helpful
- Knowledge of food handling regulations and safety protocols
- Exceptional customer service skills
