Works flexible schedule when needed based on program and participants including weekends and evenings. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Provides on-the-job training (at off-site locations) to ensure that each participant's individual vocational assessment or coaching goals are met.
Assists participants in learning the job description and how to communicate at the job site utilizing natural supports.
Observes and documents participants’ behaviors and progress in vocational assessments and/or case notes.
Maintains and adheres to high standards of quality control for all work produced by program participants.
Maintains quality standards designated by the employer and delivers good customer service.
Maintains effective communication between the participant, the employer, and other involved team members.
Assists in the completion of vocational assessments and teaches employment-related classes to the youth.
QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or GED and three to six months related experience and/or training required.
