Job Title: Extrusion OperatorJob DescriptionWe are a leading developer and manufacturer of engineered polymeric solutions for the medical device industry. We support the healthcare industry across various market segments such as catheters, minimally invasive procedures, diagnostics, fluid management, and packaging. We are expanding our extrusion lines and looking for dedicated and detail-oriented extrusion operators to join our team.Responsibilities
Operate and monitor extrusion machinery
Ensure quality control and compliance with manufacturing standards
Perform mechanical assembly and maintain equipment
Document production processes and maintain accurate records
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure efficient production
Essential Skills
6 months of mechanical skills including mechanical assembly, quality control, manufacturing, or operating experience
Ability to work and stand on feet for 8+ hours a day
Reliable transportation
Fluent in reading and writing in English for documentation purposes
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Enjoy working with hands and have the right characteristics for the role
Ability to take initiative and learn new skills
Experience with hand tools and general production
Mechanically inclined and familiar with machine operation

The facility is smaller but very clean and well-maintained. Shifts are available Monday to Wednesday, 6am-6pm, and Thursday to Saturday, 6pm-6am, with a 36-hour workweek paid as 40 hours.
