Niche commercial real estate company is looking for an experienced professional writer/researcher with good and editing and computer skills. The position is part-time but could lead to full-time. It is also a 1099 position and remote, but geographic proximity would be preferred. Writing style is fact-based and standard (template) format. Strong working knowledge of Excel is also essential.
