- Insurance BA with strong Business and Data Analysis Skills
- Ability to define Integration process flows after analyzing source and target applications.
- Ability to analyze, structure data using SQL.
- Strong analytical skills with capability to determine the root cause of problems/ issues and provide solutions.
- Responsible for gathering, analyzing, detailing and tracking requirements.
- Ability to juggle multiple, competing, frequently changing time sensitive deadlines and priorities.
- Strong communication, presentation skills - both written and oral
- Ability to communicate results and progress internally and externally in meetings, presentations, and technical talks
- Strong Interpersonal skills and logical skills
- Familiarity with Rally, Agile methodologies
