Job Description:

As an Outside Direct Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and contacting potential clients in your designated territory. You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and present our products/services as solutions to their challenges. Your primary goal will be to drive sales and revenue growth while exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct prospecting and lead generation activities to identify potential clients.

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products/services and how they can benefit clients.

Schedule and conduct in-person meetings and presentations with potential clients.

Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.

Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.

Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop sales strategies and achieve targets.

Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.

Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.

Knowledge of face2face direct sales is a plus.

Reliable transportation for client visits within your territory.
