Looking to hire a property manager to oversee maintenance and repair projects for 2 commercial properties in East Hartford. Properties are approx 10 minutes from one another. $30-50 hour depending on experience and availability.
Job suitable for skilled trades workers or UConn students/recent graduates looking for experience in project management and property management.
- Be on-site to meet with vendors/contractors and oversee maintenance and repair projects
- Secure quotes from vendors for: driveway paving, signage, paint/power-wash, plumbing, ADA upgrades, sprinkler/fire maintenance, and demo/waste removal
Interview process:
- Reply to this posting with 2-3 sentences of availability/experience and attach Word/PDF resume
- Within 2 weeks we will schedule a quick phone or in-person interview at the properties
- Discuss job requirements, availability, process
Expected Commitment:
Part-time
M-F, 2-3 hours per day
Ideally available for at least 3 months
Required Skills:
- Use Google Drive for project management (iPad can be provided)
- High communication skills: available by text and email
- Detail oriented: must maintain quotes in an organized fashion using Google Drive, folders, and cover spreadsheets
