Architectural Woodworking Company in Avon, CT seeking experienced Millwork Assemblers/Cabinet Makers.
Duties/Responsibilities:
-Fabrication of custom woodworking
-Prep material for assembly using exact measurements
-Assembles component parts according to customer specifications
-Installation of hardware and application of adhesive and structural glues etc.
-Operate hand and power tools necessary to fabricate material
Requirements/Qualifications:
-Two years of experience of millwork, custom woodwork, & cabinet/casework making preferred
-Knowledge of various woodworking machinery and tools
-Knowledge of cabinet making and general assembly techniques
-Must be able to achieve results in an accurate and timely manner
-Communicate effectively with co-workers and managers
-Requires standing for extended periods of time, bending, pushing/pulling, and lifting/carrying over 20lbs.
