I am seeking a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) with experience assisting people with Cerebral Palsy (CP) to join my professional care providers. The role involves aiding me with daily activities that I cannot perform independently, enabling me to focus on activities I can do alone. As a 75-year-old man with Cerebral Palsy, I live independently in Glastonbury housing and require assistance with daily hygiene, food preparation, weekly grocery shopping, light housekeeping, and laundry. The position offers flexible hours and pays $21.50 per hour with increases. Benefits include 1.5 holiday pay, expanded paid time off, and more. Normally, I have two shifts, 9 to 11 am and 6 to 8 pm, but these are negotiable. You will work with two other aides who are willing to cover for each other.
