Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen following health and safety regulations.
Manage food inventory and supplies, ensuring ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service and a fantastic dining experience for our guests.
Contribute to menu planning with innovative ideas that keep our offerings exciting and fresh.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a cook in a restaurant or similar setting.
Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and procedures.
Familiarity with sanitation regulations, with a commitment to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
