The Denzel Group is partnered with an insurance firm in the NY metro area targeting a strong supporter of Agile. You will be a dedicated Scrum Master and Agile coach to work with the product owner. Drive the implementation of products on P&C Insurance Rating software. Promote best practices through agile team, facilitate scrum, sprint planning and appropriate meetings.
Experience:- Plan out and lead project and/or production support projects
- Agile Coach / Scrum Master
- Insurance experience with a strong understanding of Policy.
- Partnering with onshore and offshore resources
- Professional Lines experience
- Great communication, and ability to voice challenges and interact with the business
- 100% remote, East coast work schedule
- Duck Creek exposure a plus
