Organizational Change Management Expert

Job DescriptionAn employer is seeking an Organizational Change Management Expert to join their team based in Hartford, CT. This can be a remote position, however this resource must be able to travel to Hartford on occasion if required for on-site meetings. This is for a state agency that is in progress of modernizing their technology including the Care Management system. This is a greenfield project and will be the first time this department make OCM a focus. This resource will be responsible for creating process definition and design to stand up best practices related to organizational change management as the company modernizes, changes, and automates their processes, applications, and systems. This resource will be responsible for creating the documentation, building the change management plan, and holding the organization accountable to the necessary timelines and adoption for change.
