DescriptionSHIFT: Mon - Fri, 8-4:30pm OR 8:30 - 5pmPOSITION OVERVIEW:

Answering calls from the patients pertaining to their medical records

Releasing medical records to patients.

Scanning medical records into the database.

Making copies of medical records, MRI's, Xrays, filing, faxing, scanning, data entry.

Utilize an EMR system

Follow all HIPAA compliance procedures.
