Our goal is to make Deloitte the trusted advisor to our client's HR executives, with a focus on strengthening existing relationships and building new connections with HR executives. Developing relationships with, and providing guidance to, HR executives and Deloitte PPMDs and professionals
Driving synergies across all CHRO program offerings, ensuring a well-rounded experience
Owns overall CHRO program strategy and resourcing, in partnership with and under guidance of the CHRO Program Executive Sponsor and Human Capital Chief Marketing Officer
Advising teams responsible for CHRO Program experiences including labs, academies, career services and more based on need and availability
Leading efforts to capture data from all CHRO Program interactions to provide insights to our accounts and practice leaders on key issues, trends, and demand signals - including using insights outputs to increase engagement with accounts to raise CHRO program awareness & capture value
Developing teams that showcase an understanding of the agenda and role of CHRO aligned to practice capabilities and market offerings
Engaging with leadership across Offering Portfolios, Offerings, Industries and Sectors to lead and coordinate efforts related to Deloitte client CHROs and HR executives
Connect CHRO Program with the central Executive Accelerator office and other EA programs (such as CFO, CIO, CMO programs) to drive synergies and connections
Overseeing the efforts and processes to capture data and client perspectives from the above-mentioned experiences to drive insights for our clients and our leaders
Identifying and resolving potential risks and issues for planned and unplanned projects
Overseeing or executing special projects as needed including refresh and development shared content, POVs, collateral, and toolkits
In carrying out these responsibilities, the goal of the CHRO Experiences Leader is to be viewed as:
A trusted advisor to the firm and Deloitte clients to help shape and navigate the priorities of the CHRO and human capital agenda. The CHRO Programs Leader shall be an extension of the Deloitte CHRO Program and the firm, in partnership with the Program Executive Sponsor and HC Chief Marketing Officer.
In some instances, as a provider of coaching and insights to executives in transition, providing data driven perspectives and feedback to support them through the process while preserving and/or strengthening the Deloitte relationship.
A known and valued point of contact for industry account leaders, including HCALs, LCSPs and LCPs, and Human Capital Industry Leads to extend their interactions and strengthen relationships with our clients.
A leader on the CHRO Program and extended team by engaging across the programs various experiences and research to expand their network, brand, engagement and experiences.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Becoming acquainted with the firm's core strategic client base, as well as the Lead Client Service, Lead Consulting Partners and Human Capital Account Leads who serve these clients
Continued development and increased awareness of the evolving role of all HR executive roles
Developing a deep understanding of the priorities, challenges, and profile of HR executive leaders across industries
Following all processes relative to maintaining independence with our attest and GPS clients
Tracking of metrics and insights that are critical to reporting demonstrated impact and value of program investments to leadership and the practice
Ability to engage and communicate effectively
Executive presence that will allow successful work across the C-suite as well as within Deloitte
Comfortable working remotely/in a virtual environment
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required
8+ years of experience in a consulting firm or, working in a large, matrixed organization
8+ years of solid working knowledge of senior HR roles
Ability to travel 0-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Preferred Qualifications:
8+ years of professional experience in planning, organizing and leading events
8+ years' experience with leadership and/or executive learning and development programs, coaching, executive transitions
8+ years of deep client service orientation
8+ years of professional oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel)

The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
