Job Description
We are looking to hire an Advertising Assistant. You will be responsible for creating sales efficiencies and overseeing the day-to-day business requirements related to the production of promotional signage. This position engages and maintains the relationship with our clients customers and the sales pipeline.
Salary range: $42000 - $48000 per year.
Responsibilities:Assist in all aspects of media planning, buying, optimizing, reporting, and reviewing marketing results.
Support manager with the internal and external communications processes to efficiently promote the clients' products and services.
Construct individual assignments for major campaign projects, preparing presentations as necessary.
Collect sales performance data and input into company database.
Provide assistance and reporting to the account team for their daily communication with clients and vendors.
Set up appointments with potential clients, communicate with clients.
Attend business events with superiors.
Qualifications
Previous experience in retail, hospitality, sales, and/or customer service is a plus.
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Advertising, Communications, or related field is preferred.
High school diploma or GED.
Capable of prospecting and pitching clients in person, via phone or email.
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
Use and maintain a customer CRM database.
Hard-working, punctual team player.
Passionate about learning skills in new departments.
