Plate-Based Transporter Assay Scientist - Entry Level

Position Overview:Working within Transporter Science Group in Absorption, Distribution, Metabolism, and Excretion Sciences (ADME), the individual will be responsible for carrying out high-throughput transporter and permeability assays in support of small molecule discovery.Job Responsibilities:Perform plate-based in vitro transporter assays of novel small molecules and be able to analyze generated data.Use robotics and automated liquid handling systems in the performance of screening.Utilize aseptic technique to culture and plate cells.Partner with bioanalytical team for sample analysis.Maintain up to date electronic laboratory notebooks and records in accordance with Pfizer policy.Comply with all safety training  and good laboratory practices.Contribute to general laboratory housekeeping tasks and duties.
