Become a part of our caring community and help us put health firstHumana is seeking a Lead Insurance Product Manager to join our dynamic and committed Medicare Part D Product Development team. This individual will lead, plan and track all phases of the product life cycle for Part D benefits as part of Humana's Medicare Advantage Plans and Prescription Drug Plans. This is an opportunity for the right individual to have an impact on member health by influencing plan design and joining the mission of impacting the lives of people and transforming the healthcare industry.This position can be worked remotely but you must maintain Eastern Time Zone business hours.The Lead Insurance Product Manager oversees and coordinates all phases of the product lifecycle for Part D benefits, from inception to market launch. This role includes managing product bid filings, implementing benefit design changes, and supporting member communications. Responsibilities include:

Product design and implementation of new pharmacy initiatives released by CMS.

Recommend product changes and communicate Part D benefit changes to business partners.

Identify Part D gaps and process improvements

Provide timely, accurate information and status updates to functional leaders and downstream business partners.

Coordinate with digital, marketing, sales and other internal partners to ensure product and product messaging is consistent and accurate.

Represent Part D in strategy discussions and competitive research

Use your skills to make an impactRequired Qualifications

8+ years of healthcare benefits experience or 4+ years of experience in Medicare or Pharmacy Benefits and a bachelor's degree in a related field.

2+ years of project leadership experience

Experience identifying and interpreting regulatory and contractual guidance.

Experience performing competitor analysis to synthesize the marketplace and produce actionable insights.

Experience working across multiple functional areas (e.g., operations, finance, clinical, actuary, communications)

Excellent communication skills (written, oral and presentation skills)

Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and, PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Healthcare, etc.)

Advanced degree in a related field

Project management or LEAN certification

Work-At-Home RequirementsTo ensure employees' ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service must meet the following criteria:

At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested

Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership

Employees who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.

Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
