Help Desk Analyst

Description We are looking for a Help Desk Analyst to join our team in the manufacturing industry in Bloomfield, Connecticut. As a Help Desk Analyst, your role will be pivotal in handling technology-related issues, maintaining hardware, and managing software deployments. This position offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Set up new workstations and manage the recall and delivery of PCs Handle the imaging of PCs, with a specific focus on Windows 11 across multiple devices Provide active directory services and utilize Citrix Technologies for efficient system management Resolve customer inquiries and issues related to computer hardware and configuration management Execute deployments of Microsoft and MS Windows 10 applications Ensure the accurate and efficient processing of customer applications Maintain precise customer records and monitor customer accounts to take appropriate actions when necessary. Requirements Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite In-depth knowledge of Citrix Technologies Familiarity with Active Directory Ability to manage and troubleshoot Computer Hardware Experience in Configuration Management Proven experience in Deployments Proficiency in Windows 11 and MS Windows 10 Excellent problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and innovations Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently High level of attention to detail and accuracy Flexibility to work different shifts or extended hours if necessary.
