Job Responsibilities:
· Oversee, lead, and train a team.
· Serve retail and commercial customers to make this their one-stop shop
· Maintain awareness and knowledge of current sales and sales targets, training, and support provided.
· Conduct sales transactions with adherence to store/company policies and procedures
· Participate in training programs, learning about our products, our programs, and our customers
· Represent every day in a professional and positive manner
· Assist other store team members as needed
Job Qualifications/Requirements:
· Above-average verbal and written communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the company as well as customers, vendors, and visitors
· Ability to function in a stressful environment, under substantial time pressure
· Strong organizational skills
· Knowledge of desktop computer programs, including Microsoft Word and Excel
· Have experience in outside sales (i.e. door-to-door sales, B2B sales, automotive service writing, body shop estimating)
· Must be at least 18 years of age
· Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
