Alaska snow bird in need of repairs on Alaska home, where skilled labor is not available. Foundation work, post and beam digging and some beam replacement. Also house painting and minor metal roof repair. Pay based on skill and experience.
Air fare plus housing will be provided. One month + or to complete starting in June 2025, after the ground has warmed.
Endless opportunity for additional work in town should you desire to stay longer, as there is almost no skilled labor for hire. Owner will supply all materials.
