Strong full time, on-site Resident Manager/ Team needed for two properties (58 units total) in Durango, CO.
Buildings consist of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments and they are located 0.8 miles from each other. Position requires an average of 35-40 hours per week (work load varies day-to-day). Maintenance experience preferred and candidate must be organized, have excellent people skills, and be self-motivated. Job requirements include, but are not limited to, maintaining the interior and exterior of the property, scheduling contractors/ acquiring bids, collecting and depositing rents, preparing and leasing units, completing paperwork, and maintaining tenant relations. Applicant must also have their own computer and be proficient with microsoft office suite.
Compensation: $2500/month (salary + rent credit); plus $20-25/hr for maintenance, and a $30/month phone credit.
($1050/month salary and $1450/month rent credit on a one-bedroom unit – includes water/sewer/garbage and 1 parking space)
